Festival event locations vary.

• Jazz in the Park will be held at the Civic Green at The Bay Park

• VIP Reception ( by invitation only - Festival Sponsors and VIP ticket holders only ) - Art Ovation Hotel

• The four Main Stage Concerts will be held indoors at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium

• Two Late Night Jazz Sessions - Location TBD

• The Jazz Trolley Pub Crawl will be held at venues in and around downtown and trolley parking will be at Van Wezel Parking

• The Jazz Film will be held downtown at Sarasota at Burns Court Cinema.

Parking for most events will be at the Van Wezel parking lot. There is no charge for parking.

It is recommended that attendees carpool to reduce the chances that an overflow parking lot will be needed.

Food and beverages, including adult beverages, will be available for purchase at ALL festival events.

Attendees may NOT bring their own refreshments except for sealed bottled water.

Patrons will be able to select their seats for all main stage events when purchasing tickets.

Other event seating is first-come first-serve.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Handicap accessible seating is available at all venues.

This year all festival Main Stage events are held indoors at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium.

All other the festival activities are rain or shine events and will be held at the original time and locations announced.

Volunteers are needed as ushers, ticket takers, green room staff, information booth staff, merchandize booth staff, van drivers and general "gophers." These are all unpaid positions.

The Sarasota Jazz Festival will not have vendor tent locations for rent. Major Sponsors may have informational tents.

The Jazz Club of Sarasota follows CDC guidance regarding Covid safety policies. Face masks are recommended but not required at this time. This policy could change as community health conditions change.
