Attendees may NOT bring their own refreshments except for sealed bottled water.

  • Patrons will be able to select their seats for all main stage events when purchasing tickets.

Other event seating is first-come first-serve.

    ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Handicap accessible seating is available at all venues.

  • This year all festival Main Stage events are held indoors at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium.

All other the festival activities are rain or shine events and will be held at the original time and locations announced.

  • Volunteers are needed as ushers, ticket takers, green room staff, information booth staff, merchandize booth staff, van drivers and general "gophers." These are all unpaid positions.

Send an email message with your name, telephone number, email address and volunteer areas of interest to: admin@jazzclubsarasota.com.

  • The Sarasota Jazz Festival will not have vendor tent locations for rent. Major Sponsors may have informational tents.
